waffle.wiki ("we", "the site") is a static, content-only encyclopedia. We do not require accounts and we do not directly collect personal data from visitors. This policy explains the limited data flows that happen through third-party services we rely on.

What we collect

We do not run user accounts. We do not store personal data on our servers. The site is a set of static HTML files served by Cloudflare Pages.

Server logs

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may automatically log standard request data — IP address, user-agent, referrer, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic statistics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details and retention periods.

Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies for tracking. The cookies you may see come from third-party services we embed:

• Google AdSense (advertising) — sets cookies to serve and personalize ads. See Google's advertising policies.
• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (audience analytics) — sets cookies to measure visits and pages viewed. See Google's privacy policy.

Advertising

We display ads served by Google AdSense and partner networks. Google may use cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies to serve ads. We do not have access to or control over their cookies.

Children

waffle.wiki is general-audience editorial content, not targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA.
